These couples choose to engage in a mediation divorce process with Lancaster Law Firm, LLC serving as a neutral third party mediator. Almost always, these pro se parties find this way saves them money, time and stress allowing them to preserve important relationships.

UNBUNDLED LEGAL SERVICES
Limited Scope Representation (also referred to as "unbundled legal services") means that your attorney only handles certain designated parts of your case or legal issue(s) while you or another lawyer handle the rest. Unbundled legal services often includes tasks like file review, document preparation, assistance with discovery, assistance with self-help documents, preparation for courtroom procedure, etc. This type of legal representation allows you to pick and choose creative solutions that fit your budget and your unique legal situation.

CONTRACT LAW

A well-drafted contract is one of the smartest investments an individual or business can make. Whether you're entering a new business relationship, hiring a contractor, or making a major purchase, a strong contract protects your interests and minimizes the risk of costly disputes down the road.
We’ve litigated contract disputes and related legal issues—so we’ve seen firsthand the financial and emotional toll that vague or poorly written agreements can take. That experience informs our approach: we know the pitfalls to avoid, and we prioritize clarity, enforceability, and your long-term goals in every contract we draft or review.
We offer virtual contract services to provide flexible, accessible, and cost-effective support to our clients. Whether you need a custom agreement or a second set of eyes on a contract someone else has drafted, we’ll help ensure your rights are protected—before problems arise.
